We want every family to feel confident enrolling. If a program isn't the right fit, here's how refunds work.

60-day money-back guarantee

Every plan comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 60 days of enrollment, we'll refund your payment in full — no questions asked. Email hello@starterschool.com from the address used at enrollment.

Cancel anytime

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — cancellation stops future billing immediately, and access continues through the end of the paid period.
• After the 60-day window, payments already made for past billing periods are not refundable.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
