Starter School monthly and annual memberships, the discounted annual membership offer, Starter School Card shipping, and the monthly 1-on-1 support add-on are nonrefundable. Refund requests are not accepted for these purchases.
You can cancel recurring memberships and support subscriptions at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund payments already made. Access continues through the end of the current paid period, or through the end of your free month if you cancel during the trial.
To avoid the first monthly membership charge, cancel before your free month ends. Membership and 1-on-1 support have separate recurring charges; cancel each subscription you no longer want from your account.
Only certain products sold on live webinars are eligible for refunds. A product is eligible only when its live-webinar offer explicitly includes a refund policy or guarantee. The eligibility requirements, request deadline, and other terms stated for that specific offer apply. Attendance at a live webinar does not make every purchase refundable.
For an eligible live-webinar purchase, email hello@starterschool.com from the address used at checkout. Include the product name, purchase date, and the webinar offer you purchased.
